JUST THE WORKTOP,
OR A WHOLE NEW KITCHEN?
NEW SURFACE,
SAME GREAT KITCHEN
Tired, damaged or dated worktops don't automatically mean starting your kitchen from scratch. If your units and doors are still doing their job, a new worktop on its own can transform the look and feel of your kitchen, without the cost, mess or time of a full re-fit. Whether you're replacing or changing your kitchen worktops, we supply and fit quartz, granite, solid wood and laminate, with a free home consultation first.
-
A Genuine Style Change - Your worktop has a bigger impact on the room than you'd think, from the colour and texture to the whole character of the kitchen.
-
Your Existing Kitchen, Kept - Where your units and doors are still in good shape, there's no need to replace them just to update your worktop.
-
Supplied and Fitted - We supply your new worktop and fit it professionally, to the specification agreed at your home consultation.
-
Standalone or Part of a Makeover - A new worktop can stand on its own, or form part of a wider Jackson Hale kitchen makeover if you decide to change more than just your worktop.

How It Works — Starting With a Visit to Your Home
Every worktop replacement starts with a home consultation. We'll come to you to talk through what you're looking for, take a look at your existing kitchen, and measure up so your new worktop is specified precisely to fit your units. This is also your chance to see and discuss materials and finishes in person, ask any questions about the process, and get a clear picture of what's involved before you decide anything. The material you choose has a big impact on the finished look of your kitchen — not just the colour and finish, but the whole character of the room. Some materials lean toward a sleek, contemporary feel; others bring more warmth and texture. We'll help you weigh up the practical side too, from day-to-day maintenance to how a material stands up to a busy kitchen.
Worktop Materials We Supply and Fit
We supply and fit a range of worktop materials, each with its own look, feel and level of everyday maintenance. Whatever your style or budget, we can help you find the right worktop for your kitchen, cut and finished to your exact specification.
Laminate Kitchen Worktops
Our laminate worktops are available in postformed, square edge and slim line profiles, in designs that echo the look of stone, marble, concrete and wood. It's a practical, hardwearing surface that stands up well to everyday knocks and scratches, making it a sensible choice if you want a new look without the cost of a natural material.
Solid Wood Kitchen Worktops
Solid wood worktops bring genuine warmth and natural character to a kitchen, and suit a more traditional or country-style look. Regular oiling helps protect the surface from moisture and staining, particularly around sinks and hobs — and unlike stone or laminate, a wood worktop can be sanded back and refinished if it picks up marks over the years.
Quartz Kitchen Worktops
An engineered stone worktop, made from natural quartz crystals bound with resin. Because it's non-porous, quartz resists staining and bacteria without ever needing to be sealed, and the surface stays consistent from edge to edge — ideal if you want a clean, uniform look. Available in a wide range of colours, including finishes that echo marble and natural stone.
Granite Kitchen Worktops
A natural stone worktop with real presence. Because granite is quarried rather than manufactured, no two worktops are ever quite the same — each one has its own colour variation and veining. It's naturally heat resistant, standing up well to hot pans, though as a natural stone it benefits from occasional resealing to keep its stain resistance over time.
Considering something else? These aren't the only worktop materials we can help with. If you have a particular material, brand or finish in mind, let us know during your consultation and we'll talk through what's possible for your kitchen.
Worktop Replacement — On Its Own, or as Part of a Full Makeover
A new worktop can stand entirely on its own, refreshing your kitchen without touching anything else. It can also form part of a wider Jackson Hale kitchen makeover, alongside new doors and cupboard fronts, if you decide you'd like to change more than just your worktop.
